Bursting with rich, vine ripened fruits, creamy butter, sweet sun kissed oranges, finely milled flour, distilled Australian spirits, farm fresh eggs and superb spices from across the globe, the enjoyment of every one of our puddings is an occasion. 

The puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.

Dried Fruit (44%) (Australian Vine Fruit 80%) (Sultanas, Raisins, Currants), Candied Orange Peel, Dates, Vegetable Oil, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Dextrose, Citric Acid), Butter (Cream (from Milk)), Egg, Sugar, Breadcrumbs (Wheat flour (Thiamine, Folic Acid), Yeast, Salt), Water, Wheat flour (Thiamine, Folic Acid), Brandy (5.7%), Orange Juice concentrate, Mixed Spice, Natural Lemon Flavour, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).

The Pudding Lady, takes the time to select the finest quality ingredients; 100% Australian Vine Fruits, fresh butter, fresh local Free Range eggs, fresh bread, matured Brandy, combine the ingredients by hand and individually weigh out each and every pudding.
